Coral Seas is a Park by Permit Only building.  Signs have been posted around the building:

In order to not be towed, please make sure that your vehicle displays the Coral Seas Condominium hang tag.  Violators will recieve a warning, then will be towed per the sign above.

The building now has a Load/Unload zone directly in front of the lobby:

This space is meant for your convenience when arriving or leaving the building as an aid to get things to and from your unit.  Please limit your time in this space to 30 minutes or less.
